We offer free revisions such as facial modifications, color changes, removing objects, etc. But, as we mention on our product page, changes like changing clothing, poses, or adding additional custom items are supposed to be mentioned in your notes at the time of placing the order to avoid significant re-drawings. So there would need to be a $25 charge just for those requests, which would also give you unlimited revisions.

Adding more items to my print cost more?

Yes, pets in the images count as people and will add an additional cost of $20 for animals to the total price of your portrait.

Do pets count as people?

The custom background has an additional cost of $35. Please make sure to select this option while placing your order.

Can I make revisions to my order once it arrives?

Due to the custom nature of our portraits, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We do offer free minor revisions to your design prior to printing and are always willing to work with you to create the perfect portrait.
