    1. Exchanges allowed?: No

    2. Store Credit offered?:  No

      1. Due to the custom nature of our portraits, they are not eligible for exchanges.

      2. We do offer free minor revisions to your design prior to printing and are always willing to work with you to create the perfect portrait. Instructions not mentioned at the time your order is placed may result in additional charges.

      3. For incorrect or faulty items, please contact us within 10 of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number in the subject line and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work together to resolve the situation. Please note that in any case, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
