Eligible Destinations:

1. CartoonifyMe offers shipping to the contiguous 48 states, Washington D.C.

Order Fulfillment: 

1. Portrait Work - We aim to complete portraits in 2-5 days, but sometimes our artists can be very busy so it may take a little longer.

2. Printing - Once you approve your portrait, it is sent to be printed. Printing canvases usually takes around 2-4 days.

Shipping timing: 

1. Once an order is processed, we will immediately dispatch and you should receive your products in 4 to 6 calendar days.

2. Shipping options and associated costs are presented during order checkout.

Order Tracking: 

1. Orders may be tracked at this (link) using the tracking number which will be sent via email at the time of shipment. Please note for orders shipped via DHL, browser security settings may need to be adjusted to view their tracking page.

Shipping Updates: 

1. Fulfillment and shipping updates will be sent to the email address you used to place your order as the order is processed.
